On Thursday (24/11/2016) group of students from Omra Al Ansariya School for Females visited Sabah Al Salem University City to come acquainted with the project, its components and stages of completion. This visit shows the cooperation between Ministry of Education and Kuwait University Construction Program for the purpose of presenting this national mega project that is considered to be a turning point in Kuwait Educational Future. Such cooperation aims presenting this project and its components and educational, academic and creational services expected to be provided by this university city.

During this visit, a presentation was given to the students, showing that the Amiri Decree for establishing this University City issued in 2004; however the actual work of construction started on 2011 and this Decree duration was extended till 2019. It was showed that SSUC project consists of the university campus and the medical campus. The university campus includes the infrastructure projects, and the building and utilities projects. The students were taken to the real work sits in the project to view these buildings, as they showed their gladness with the achievements they saw. Both the students and the accompanying teachers wished every success for the project and whished that they would join this educational city after opening.
